Our Social Strategy
September 8, 2013 7:00 amYou may have noticed that we’ve been sprucing things up around here this summer. We launched our new website on June 1st and we hope you are enjoying the content we’ve built right into the main domain – let us give you just a few tips on navigating the site to find anything you might need.
- One of our favorite features on the home page is the History of Money highlighting the story of currency and wealth starting back in 800 B.C. This tool allows us to review 14 major events that shaped our financial world… we hope you will enjoy this and share it with others!
- From the home page you will see a menu at the top with several pages to easily browse. We suggest starting with our About page where we define our unique brand and our introduce our asset managers, Rich Goldman and Phil Bervig.
- From there, please note our page titled Alternative Vision™ Investing. This is the core of our vision and philosophy, and we hope our distinct investment strategies give our clients confidence that we relate to their concerns about the typical approach to investing.
- Finally, we invite you to follow our blog. This is our most interactive tool on the site – we post at least weekly and we welcome the exchange of comments, fresh ideas and questions.
There are many other places to go while on our site, and we do hope you’ll explore them and enjoy the content that we’ve provided. One more area we’d like to bring to your attention is our social media platform. We realize that today many of you prefer to use these tools to connect, engage, and interact with our team – we hope we’ve made that easy for you!
- Our primary social media platform is LinkedIn and our strategy is simple: we aim to provide at least one post a week from our company page aimed at bringing fresh value to our followers. LinkedIn makes it easy for you to follow our page and get these updates emailed to you, or you can simple find them in your feed on LinkedIn – the choice is up to you!
- Our secondary social media platform is Twitter and our strategy is less structured: we aim to provide comments and links several times a week that we think are newsworthy or relevant to our typical client relationship. We promise you won’t get celebrity re-posts or jokes, but you will find fast, fresh information that keeps you up to speed with our team.
- Our final social media platform is Facebook where we created a Page in order to link our activities on the world’s most popular outlet for online engagement. Our plan here is to bridge the gap between our personal and professional networks, knowing that many of our relationships are on Facebook and we want to be available to them as well.
We hope that helps you explore our site and choose a social media site that you prefer to keep connected with us. We’d welcome your comments & questions!
